I’ve got a feeling our Sooners are going to pull off the upset!
Governor @GregAbbott_TX, how about a friendly wager? When OU wins, you send some of that Texas BBQ north of the Red River. What do you say?

Stitt asked Abbott for a bet: if Oklahoma wins, Abbott must send some Texas barbecue to the Sooner State, and he'll do the same if the opposite result happens.
"Texas might be ranked No. 1, but we're gonna shock the world on Saturday," Stitt said.
The two governors have placed this friendly bet in years before, previously waging beer and barbecue to the winning governor. Stitt could go 0-3 in the past three seasons if the Sooners lose to the Longhorns for the third consecutive time. OU is 2-2 in the 2026 season, while Texas is undefeated, but bigger upsets have happened in the rivalry game.
