ALLEN PARK — Detroit Lions defensive tackle Tyleik Williams returned to practice Thursday, Oct. 7.
Williams, who was wearing a boot on his left foot following Detroit's loss to the Carolina Panthers on Sunday, missed practice Wednesday, as did cornerback Rock Ya-Sin (hamstring) and offensive lineman Ben Bartch (foot). Neither Ya-Sin nor Bartch were seen at Thursday's session.

On Monday, Lions coach Dan Campbell said, "I don't think Rock looks good right now." Campbell's last update on Bartch came Sept. 25, when he said he didn't think it was a long-term issue.
Lions add rookie defensive lineman
The Lions on Wednesday signed rookie defensive lineman Jeffrey M'Ba to their practice squad. He was previously with the Washington Commanders as an undrafted free agent.
M'Ba played six seasons in college, making stops at Independence Community College (2020-21) in Kansas, Auburn (2022), Purdue (2023-24) and SMU (2025). He had 42 tackles (7½ for loss) and five sacks for the Mustangs.
