One of the New Orleans Saints' biggest offseason acquisitions has departed their Week 3 game.
Running back Travis Etienne ripped off a big, 16-yard run in the third quarter before pulling up short of the sideline and grabbing at the back of his upper left leg. The exact nature of his injury is currently unknown, but he headed back to the locker room with trainers shortly after his play.

Prior to his injury, Etienne was leading all Saints rushers with 13 carries and 57 yards. New Orleans' offseason free-agent signing played in all 17 games with his previous team, the Jacksonville Jaguars, last year.
