Dolphins’ Ronnie Harrison to IR; three elevated from practice squad
· Yahoo Sports
The Miami Dolphins placed linebacker Ronnie Harrison Jr. on injured reserve on Saturday ahead of Sunday’s game against the San Francisco 49ers.
Harrison, who signed with the Dolphins this offseason as a free agent, aggravated a hamstring injury he had been dealing with since the preseason in last Sunday’s season-opening loss to the Las Vegas Raiders. He did not practice all week in Napa and was ruled out for Sunday on Friday.

With the space opened up on the roster, the Dolphins signed linebacker Liam Anderson from the practice squad.
Miami also elevated two edge defenders, Clelin Ferrell and Max Llewellyn from the practice squad to the game-day roster.
The two defensive ends can help fill the gap created by Chop Robinson set to miss the game with his concussion. Ferrell is up for the second straight game from the practice squad, and Llewellyn, the rookie seventh-round pick, is set for his regular season debut.
Opting not to elevate recently signed long snapper Cal Adomitis from the practice squad, it appears Tucker Addington, who is questionable with a shoulder injury, will be available Sunday.
