Kansas City Chiefs WR Xavier Worthy (shoulder) fully participated in practice Saturday, Sept. 12, and is not on the injury report for Week 1.

Why It Matters: Worthy should be able to handle his normal workload in Week 1 after a full practice Saturday. He will likely see a handful of targets during the game and can be a possible flex option in fantasy leagues.
