King volleyball falls to North Greenville in Conference Carolinas opener

BRISTOL, Tenn. (WJHL) — The King University women's volleyball team opened Conference Carolinas play on Wednesday evening but came up short against North Greenville, falling in straight sets inside the Student Center Complex. The Crusaders controlled the match from start to finish, earning a 3–0 victory behind efficient hitting and steady defensive play.

North Greenville (5–4, 1–0 Conference Carolinas) hit .301 as a team and limited King (5–3, 0–1 Conference Carolinas) to just 26 kills on .019 hitting. The Crusaders took the match 25–10, 25–13, 25–22.
