The NBA champions were all over Madison Square Garden Saturday night for WWE's Saturday Night’s Main Event.

The show was held after Fanatics Fest in New York on Saturday, so all the stars of the sports world were in the area, but when it came to the Garden, it was all about your NBA champs.

The night ended with Jalen Brunson saving Roman Reigns from a sneak attack by Seth Rollins and Tyrese Haliburton, before Reigns and Brunson celebrated in the ring.

The Knicks made their first appearance when Karl-Anthony Towns came out of Danhausen’s cloning machine to come out and help the Knicks  favorite ghoul win his match against JD McConagh.

KAThausen, as he was dubbed, hit huge chokeslams on McDonagh and his friend Dirty Dom Mysterio, that one through a table, to help Danhausen walk away with the win.

The night closed with WWE champion Reigns coming out with Brunson. They announced Brunson as the NBA Finals MVP and the King of New York. He came off the bench in the locker room.

Then, as he walked out with Reigns, the NBA Finals MVP stepped back on the floor at Madison Square Garden for the first time since winning the championship.

He then came to the ring with Reigns, and the two acknowledged the crowd with Reigns’ trademark No. 1 signal as the fans chanted “MVP” to Brunson.

After Reigns read off Brunson’s accomplishments, he presented the star guard with a Knicks WWE Championship Belt. They then acknowledged each other before Rollins and Haliburton came out.

There was also a huge New York Knicks championship blimp that also honored Danhausen, an honorary Knick who uncursed the Knicks in the first round of the playoffs, allowing the Knicks to win the title.
