Rams projected to have most wins in 2026, per PFF

Pro Football Focus is bullish on the Rams heading into 2026, projecting Los Angeles for an average of 11.13 wins in its simulation model, which is the highest projection of any team in the league.

The number comes despite the Rams facing the NFL's third-toughest strength of schedule, according to PFF's rankings. Other analysts believe L.A.'s strength of schedule is the toughest in the league.
That figure has climbed significantly since the market opened. When 2026 win totals first hit sportsbooks on Feb. 18, the Rams were tied with nine other teams at just 10.5 wins. That was before free agency, the draft or the trade that landed them Myles Garrett had taken shape. Since then, Los Angeles has been one of the offseason's biggest winners across the league.
The Rams addressed their most glaring weakness at cornerback by acquiring both Trent McDuffie and Jaylen Watson from the Kansas City Chiefs, then made the biggest move of the offseason by trading for Garrett, the NFL's reigning sacks record-holder and back-to-back Defensive Player of the Year. The additions turned an already potent roster — one that reached the NFC Championship Game a season ago — into a team many view as the favorite to reach Super Bowl LXI.
Los Angeles' 11.13-win projection also sits ahead of every other team in the NFC West, although the Seattle Seahawks are close behind at 10.96, the San Francisco landed at 9.83 and the Arizona Cardinals have the lowest win total at just 4.33.
The Rams' path won't be free of resistance, given their schedule and a stacked NFC West. But between the roster overhaul and a defense now headlined by Garrett, PFF's simulations suggest Los Angeles enters training camp as the team to beat in 2026.
