Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow hasn’t been shy about talking up his team this offseason.

It’s a new leadership approach from Burrow, who wanted to match the all-in energy of the front office.
But it’s also just a simple fact that when Burrow is the quarterback and his front office fills out the roster aggressively, the Bengals are clear-cut contenders.
In fact, Bryan DeArdo of CBS Sports just slotted the Bengals as the second-most likely team to end their Super Bowl drought.
“Specifically, Cincinnati's championship odds are significantly higher if Burrow stays healthy,” DeArdo wrote. “During his three healthy seasons in Cincinnati, Burrow led the Bengals to a Super Bowl and two AFC Championship Games while also winning a passing title and leading the league in touchdown passes.”
Burrow and the Bengals only sit behind Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills on the list.
Bengals fans won’t like coming up short behind the Bills, but the availability of both star quarterbacks likely plays a big factor here.
If Burrow stays on the field, he has the best wideout duo in the NFL and what should be a dramatically upgraded defense thanks to names like Dexter Lawrence, Bryan Cook and Jonathan Allen.
