The IU Indy transfer will join the program after spending a year in the Horizon League. Before playing for the Jaguars, Amoore spent her freshman season at Sacramento State.
“I’m excited to add Jemma to our family," head coach Kenny Brooks said. "She is no stranger to BBN and her familiarity to our staff and basketball system will add valuable experience to our talented backcourt. Jemma exemplifies what it means to be a Wildcat!”
The 5-foot-4 guard has played in 48 games and made two starts, totaling 57 points, 33 rebounds, 17 steals and 12 assists. With IU Indy, she scored a career-high 11 points on 4-of-5 shooting and was 1 of 1 from beyond the arc against Anderson last November.
Amoore will have two seasons of eligibility remaining.
Georgia Amoore played for the Wildcats from 2024-25 after following Brooks to Kentucky from Virginia Tech. She was then drafted sixth overall by the Washington Mystics after averaging 19.6 points and 6.9 assists in her lone season at UK.
