Green Bay Packer fans might notice a new name at the south gate entrance at Lambeau Field: the Potawatomi Sportsbook Gate.
On June 2, the Packers and Potawatomi announced a new partnership with the casino's sportsbook becoming the official sportsbook of the club and the tribe taking over the naming rights for the gate. There will also be more Potawatomi signage around Lambeau Field.

Also, production of Packers podcasts will take place at the Potawatomi Sportsbook Podcast Studio, and the tribe will be the title sponsor of the Champions Club on the eighth floor of the stadium.
Criag Benzel, Packers vice president of sales and business development, said the deal is a “multi-level sports partnership” that will go on for the next several years.
“They’ll have a presence at Lambeau Field, and we’ll promote the partnership as we can,” Benzel said. “There’s no specific gaming at Lambeau Field, nothing changes along those lines.”
Dominic Ortiz, president and CEO of Potawatomi Casino and Hotel, said the organization has worked to build a “positive brand” and the tribe is excited to work with the Packers.
“For us it’s continuing to push our retail sportsbook and the Potawatomi Sportsbook brand across the state of Wisconsin.”
Forest County Potawatomi Community Chairman Brooks Boyd said the new partnership will strengthen ties between the casino and the broader Wisconsin area.
Mayor Cavalier Johnson attended the event and praised the partnership.
“For this city to have an even greater touch with the Green Bay Packers organization, folks will be more engaged with the team, I think it’s awesome,” he said. “We should see more of that in Milwaukee.”
The Packers also have the Oneida Nation Gate at Lambeau Field and Oneida is the official casino and hotel of the team.
