Michigan State commit Savior Owens will reportedly take an official visit next weekend. According to Ryan O'Bleness of Rivals / On3, Owens will be in East Lansing on May 29 -- which will be the Spartans first big official visits weekend of the summer.

Owens is a three-star prospect with a recruiting rating of 86 in 247Sports' system. He is ranked as the No. 79 running back and No. 42 player from Ohio in 247Sports' rankings for the 2027 class.

Owens has been committed to Michigan State since late January. He also holds a notable offer from Wisconsin, but it seems clear he is fully committed to the Spartans. So his official visit next weekend will be more of an opportunity for Owens to help the coaching staff land some more prospects in the 2027 class.
