The majority of conversation regarding the Alberta vote has been on the simple matter of separation, but there are nine other questions, essentially about provincial autonomy within Canada.

How would you vote on these questions for your province?
I’ve edited the questions a bit for space limitations.
Question One: Do you support the Government of Alberta taking increased control over immigration to more sustainable levels, prioritizing economic migration and giving Albertans first priority on new employment opportunities?
Quebec already has a similar agreement; why shouldn’t the rest of us? I’d vote yes.
Question Two: Do you support the Government of Alberta mandating that only Canadian citizens, permanent residents and individuals with an Alberta approved immigration status will be eligible for provincially funded programs, such as health care, education and other social services?
Why isn’t this already the law? Illegal aliens are due nothing but deportation.
Question Three: Assuming Canadian citizens and permanent residents continue to qualify for social support programs, do you support the Government of Alberta requiring all individuals with a non-permanent legal immigration status to reside in Alberta for at least 12 months before qualifying for provincially-funded social support programs?
I’d vote no. They are legal, presumably paying taxes, and should qualify quickly.
Question Four: Assuming Canadian citizens and permanent residents continue to qualify for public health care and education, do you support the Government of Alberta charging a reasonable fee or premium to individuals with a non-permanent immigration status living in Alberta for their and their family’s use of the healthcare and education systems?
That looks like an entry fee, so yes, if it is reasonable and affordable.

Question Five: Do you support the Government of Alberta requiring individuals to provide proof of citizenship, such as a passport, birth certificate or citizenship card, to vote in an Alberta provincial election?
Is there an option for voting Hell Yes?
Question Six: Do you support the Government of Alberta working with other willing provinces to amend the Constitution to have provincial governments, and not the federal government, select the justices appointed to provincial King’s Bench and Appeal courts?
See question five. Local authority matters.
Question Seven: Do you support the Government of Alberta working with the governments of other willing provinces to amend the Constitution to abolish the unelected federal Senate?
I’d vote no. Please come back with an option to elect provincial representatives to the Senate.
Question Eight: Do you support the Government of Alberta working with other willing provinces to amend the Constitution to allow provinces to opt out of federal programs that intrude on provincial jurisdiction such as health care, education, and social services, without a province losing associated federal funding for social programs?
I’d vote yes. Again, local control, due to local understanding, is essential.
Question Nine: Do you support the Government of Alberta working with other willing provinces to amend the Canadian Constitution to better protect provincial rights from federal interference by giving a province’s laws dealing with provincial or shared areas of constitutional jurisdiction priority over federal laws when the province’s laws and federal laws conflict?
I’d vote no. The provinces can already use the notwithstanding clause if necessary. This vote is too short on an understanding of how it would play out.
A vote to have a vote to separate? No. Fix the other problems; don’t blow up the team.
