Moving forward, the organization plans to hire a new Executive Vice President and Chief Business Officer to lead its revenue, marketing, and communications teams as the team transitions into the new Nissan Stadium and the next generation of Titans football.

In the announcement, the Titans also said Adam Nuse, Erin Swartz, and Charles Jensen will leave the organization as part of the business department reorganization.

That statement stems from an internal memo from Burke Nihil published by Titans reporter Paul Kuharsky on his website that outlines the full list of changes to the organization moving forward.

While the business side of the house is important, the coaches and players were busy starting their on-field preparations for their Week 5 matchup with the Houston Texans.
