Burrows, 16, set for British Supersport debut

Dungannon teenager Jack Burrows will make his British Supersport debut with the SCARS Racing Ducati team next month.
The 16-year-old will ride for the team alongside championship leader Luke Stapleford in the final British Supersport races of the year at Brands Hatch.

Burrows currently sits joint third in the British Moto4 Championship, with his season concluding at Donington Park.
The Brands Hatch wildcard provides the talented young rider with the opportunity to step up to Supersport machinery and experience the highly competitive BSB paddock.
"I'm absolutely delighted to have the opportunity to make my British Supersport debut at Brands Hatch with SCARS Racing Ducati," said Burrows.
"I've been racing my Moto3 since 2022, so I feel now is the right time to take the next step and challenge myself on a Supersport machine.
"I'm under no illusions about how big a step it will be competing in the British Championship, but to be offered this wildcard on merit is something I'm really proud of.
"Having Luke as my teammate is another massive positive. He's a front runner in the championship, so I'll be watching and learning from him throughout the weekend."
Burrows has already gained experience on a Supersport machine this season, becoming the youngest-ever race winner in the class during the Supersport event in Northern Ireland.
