Lauren Shearer paced Falmouth (4-2-0) field hockey with a hat trick to a comfortable 7-3 win over Barnstable (2-4-2) on a rain swept Friday.

Maeve Turner added two goals and two assists, while Raelyn Forys pitched in one goal and one assist. Hadley Vieira scored one goal. Caroline Shearer and Kirkland O'Learly each had assists.
Raelynn Spellman was active in goal as she made 13 saves.

Sandwich 3, Monomoy 0: The Blue Knights (4-2) ran out winners in straight sets (25-10, 25-18, 25-14).
Kinsey Lister led with six kills and one ace. Casey Ann McKella had three aces and three kills for the Sharks (5-2).
Barnstable 3, Dennis-Yarmouth 0: The Redhawks (5-2) bounced back from a loss to Duxbury with a sweep (25-10, 25-22, 25-17).
Giulianna DeSouza led the Dolphins (1-5) with seven kills. Maya Turek had five kills. Shauna Baker recorded six kills and four blocks, while Alyssa Magee added 14 assists.
St. John Paul II 3, Sturgis West 0: The undefeated Lions (7-0) topped the winless Navigators (0-5) in three sets (25-12, 25-18, 25-18). Zlata Alioshka recorded 14 assists, nine digs, four aces and three kills. Maddie Pulit made five kills. Lola Our chipped in eight kills, five aces and three digs. Caitlin McGrail had seven digs, three kills and two aces.
Old Rochester 3, Bourne 0: The Canalmen (1-6) were swept for a fifth consecutive outing.
Football
Medway 21, Falmouth 14: Kamrin Domino scored two rushing touchdowns in the loss for the Clippers (0-3).
