One restaurant stands above the rest, according to the 2026 Michelin Guide for Toronto and the surrounding region. Restaurant Pearl Morissette in Jordan Station, Niagara, retained two stars in the new edition, which was announced at a ceremony in Toronto on Sept. 22.
