FSU linebacker Chris Jones makes PFF's Week 0 Team
· Yahoo Sports
Florida State's defense only allowed 17 points in their season opener as they defeated the New Mexico State Aggies. One of the stars on that side of the ball was linebacker Chris Jones, who was a transfer addition during the offseason.
After leading the Sun Belt Conference in tackles with the Southern Miss Golden Eagles, Jones logged six tackles in his FSU debut, which was second on the team to safety Ashlynd Barker. He would end up receiving an honor for his performance.
