Washington, who was selected by Pittsburgh with the 60th overall pick in the second round of the 2018 NFL Draft, carved out a key role in the Steelers’ passing attack from 2018 to 2021.
A physical receiver and Mason Rudolph's clear favorite target from their college days, Washington finished his four-year Steelers career with 114 catches for 1,629 receiving yards and 11 touchdowns.
While No. 13 may not be one of the most decorated jersey numbers in Steelers history, Washington’s production makes him the most deserving Steeler to be named the best to ever wear it.
