The preseason AP Top 25 is out with Ohio State taking the No. 1 spot, but the SEC dominated with seven in the top 13. BYU and USC are tied at 14, the Big Ten dominated the lower part of the top 25, and Boise State and Navy were the highest-ranked Group of Six programs.
