Malonga, a 6-foot-6 center, had been hunting the highlight from the start of the game, and it finally happened with 6:24 remaining in the first half.

Malonga, the No. 2 pick in the 2025 draft, went for it with an assist from Team Coop teammate Angel Reese, becoming the ninth player to ever dunk in the WNBA and sixth to do it in the WNBA All-Star Game.

The last player to do so was WNBA legend Sylvia Fowles in 2009.

Here's another look at the dunk, in slow motion:

Fowles, who started her career with the Chicago Sky before joining the Minnesota Lynx in 2015 and winning two championships there, also dunked in the 2022 All-Star Game at Wintrust Arena. .
