HUNTER: Suspected Niagara Falls killer had a 'few evil tasks to do'

Josta Grace MacNeal had a to-do list.
Not that long. Bite-sized, in fact.
The 30-year-old self-described digital creator told her rapt Facebook followers on April 21 that she was “tryna be a better person but i still got a few evil tasks to do.”
Indeed.
Killed Falls tattooist?
Did one of those “evil tasks” include murdering Niagara Falls tattoo artist Mitchell Snoddon, 35? Maybe. MacNeal and her boyfriend du jour Maroof Bangi, 23, are on the run and aren’t saying much.
According to cops, around 8:50 p.m. on July 16, officers were called to a home on Thorold Stone Rd., near Dorchester Rd. in the Falls, for reports of a shooting. At the scene was mortally wounded Snodden who succumbed to his injuries later in hospital.
Detectives have called the shooting targeted and say since the gun used in the murder has not been recovered, MacNeal and her boy toy should be considered armed and dangerous.
Sources say that the motive may have been a beef over money. About $4,000, but it wasn’t clear who owed whom.
On Sunday, cops identified MaNeal and Bangi as the alleged killers and began urging them to turn themselves in to face charges of second-degree murder. Police have recovered the black 2021 Mazda CX5 they believed was used in the slaying.
Fled the country?
The pair are now in the wind, perhaps travelling north. Bangi is likely the better bet to get out of the country and may have already split Dodge.
But if you’re looking for insight into this tragedy, social media is a fairly warts-and-all peek behind the curtain at the lives, loves and hatreds of people who do terrible things. MacNeal offers up a slew of bon mots.
In fact, a day after Snodden was so cruelly cut down, here’s our heroine posting to her 559 Facebook friends about Ontario garden cafes. Brilliant. One pal suggested the mother of a four-year-old boy had been kidnapped but when you don’t lock down social media, alternative narratives can — and often do — emerge.
One naysayer wrote: “Where you hiding at you disgusting monster? Utterly disgusting that your posting such beautiful garden videos and venues after just MURDERING someone !!! You’re an absolute monster Josta. I truly hope this poor family gets all the justice they deserve !!!”
Cops turning up heat
On July 13, around 11 p.m. MacNeal posted: “wear the dress. open the wine. use the good plates. you are alive today and that’s enough.”
Not Mitchell Snoddon.
Some who claim to know the raven-haired lamist with the distinctive feather tattoo on her neck have charged that she has never grown up. Those who reside in the criminal milieu are like that.
And there is always the optimism of the low-renter. Confident their big score is just around the corner along with the babes, the drugs and easy street.
It never is but Josta Grace MacNeal is nothing if not a believer. In April, she seemed to feel that good times were just around the corner.
She wrote: “I know for a fact I’m about to witness the days I prayed for.”
Cops suspect MacNeal and Bangi may have altered their appearance, particularly with facial hair, haircut or colour of their coiffe.
