Former Tennessee basketball star Nate Ament played in his fifth and final NBA Summer League game for the Milwaukee Bucks on July 18 in Las Vegas at Cox Pavilion against the Philadelphia 76ers.

Milwaukee won 96-94 in a game that was tied nine times.

Ament, the No. 13 overall pick, was aggressive early, scoring or assisting on Milwaukee's first eight points of the game. He kept it rolling into the second quarter, hitting a 3-pointer to reach 12 points and record his second straight double-digit scoring output after posting single digits in each of his first three summer league games. He finished the first half with 12 points, four rebounds, two assists and a steal on 5-of-6 shooting, but also picked up three turnovers as he played at a fast pace. Philadelphia closed the half on a 22-2 run to lead 51-50 at the break.

Ament went quiet in the second half, managing just three rebounds. Brayden Burries, the No. 10 overall pick, took over for Milwaukee from there. The 76ers' Gerald Ayayi knotted the score at 94-94 from the free-throw line with 9.6 seconds left before Burries drove for the game-winner.

Ament closed out summer league with 12 points and seven rebounds in 26 minutes.

Burries led all scorers with 27 points on 9-for-18 shooting. Ayayi led Philadelphia with 22 points on 7-for-13 shooting.
