LA Angels sign Endicott pitcher Brady Stuart to minor league deal

Hudson grad Brady Stuart signed a minor league free agent deal with the Los Angeles Angels after a standout senior season pitching for Endicott. The 6-foot-2 right hander will begin his career with the Arizona Complex League Angels, the rookie ball affiliate in Tempe.

He was named the consensus Division III National Pitcher of the Year after winning the American Baseball Coaches Association National Pitcher of the Year and D3 Baseball.com National Pitcher of the Year.
Stuart is the fifth Gull to sign with a Major League Baseball Organization and first since Acton's Jordan Gottesman landed with the Giants in 2025 after pitching for Northeastern University. Caleb Shpur, who went from Endicott to UConn, is with the Tigers organization now.
He was also an All-American and the Region II Pitcher of the Year. Stuart earned nine wins over 19 games, including 15 starts. He threw 89 ⅓ innings with a 1.81 earned run average. That included 103 strikeouts.
Endicott advanced to the Division 3 College World Series for the fourth consecutive year and fell in the national championship series against top-ranked Denison.
Stuart is the second area star to begin a professional career this spring after Franklin grad Ryan Gerety signed with the San Diego Padres out of Northeastern.
