While he was only with the Wisconsin Badgers for one year, guard Nick Boyd made quite the impact.

Now, Boyd is doing his thing on the biggest stage of them all. Despite going undrafted, the 25-year-old quickly signed with the Golden State Warriors.

Boyd's NBA debut didn't go according to plan as he was just 2-for-10 from the field, but he turned things around in a big way on July 5.

The former Wisconsin guard recorded a double-double in just his second NBA game. After finishing with a -9 in the +/- department roughly 24 hours prior, Boyd quickly put all that behind him and proved the doubters wrong.

The Warriors Blue team fell to 0-2, but Boyd played a team-high 27 minutes. He was third on the team with 11 points, and he also recorded 10 of the team's 15 assists.

Boyd shot 4-for-7 from the field and went 0-for-2 from three-point range. He once again finished with four fouls. Elsewhere, he had six rebounds, three turnovers, and one steal, and even with the double-double, he still finished with a -1.
