Martella’s Pharmacy 4, Mainline Pharmacy 3: Martella’s Pharmacy scored four runs in the bottom of the sixth inning, which included Steve Budash’s go-ahead two-run homer, during an exciting victory over Mainline Pharmacy in the late game at Sargent’s Stadium at the Point.

Both Mainline Pharmacy and Martella’s Pharmacy are 19-4 for a tie atop the JCBL standings. The season series between the two perennial powerhouses is tied 3-3. Mainline Pharmacy and Martella’s Pharmacy meet at 5:30 p.m. July 13 at Sargent's Stadium at the Point for the final time in the regular season.

Owen McDermott provided two hits, including a double, and a run batted in. Colby Rearick produced a sacrifice fly.

Lucas Turner fanned nine over 4 1/3 innings, permitting three runs. Mason Pfeil went the final 2 2/3 frames, striking out three and not allowing any runs.

Mainline Pharmacy’s Aiden Snowberger struck out four over the first four scoreless innings. Colin Dinyar, Landon Hamer and Brody Roberts each provided two hits. Roberts doubled twice. Dinyar and Hamer (two RBIs) each homered.

The Hill Group 5, The O 0: Coy Martino fanned 12 batters over six shutout innings to lead The Hill Group over The O during the first game at Sargent’s Stadium at the Point.

Logan Bradish supplied two hits, including a triple, and two runs. Eli Boring doubled among his two hits. Cooper Basciano also doubled. Basciano, Bradish, Martino and Nathan Show each drove in a run.

The O’s Andy Retassie doubled for his team’s lone extra-base hit.

Hollidaysburg 8, St. Michael 3: In Sidman, Gage Boland and Beau Rabel each totaled two hits as the visitors beat the Saints.

Vince Boland stole four bases, and Braden Hatch added two. Ty McGough struck out four batters and allowed three runs (two earned) over four innings.

Hollidaysburg scored three runs in the first inning, then added three in the fifth and two in the sixth.

Maddox Dombrosky led St. Michael with two hits. Kolbie Smiach and Jake Yatsky each doubled.

The game was tied 3-all after four innings.
