Football Dots
- UW has updated the roster now that all of the players are enrolled and on campus. Dawgman has a ($) breakdown of all 101 players (including 10 walkons) and how the new 5-for-5 rules impacts the eligibility for each.
- Two OL in the 2027 class that took official visits to UW will be announcing their commitments today: Tye Kennedy and Decova Doyal. The expectation is that it will be a ‘good news day’ for UW.
- Yogi Roth has an interview with Demond Williams. He talks about how the offseason has made him a better leader and better teammate. Yogi also presents his talks on the UW team and their potential this season “look out”.
- John Mills gets excited for the bone-in ribeye and his Mug Root Beer in the latest edition of Muggin’ with Mills.

- Andy Yamashita of the Seattle Times has a story on Tony Castricone. “I just feel so much excitement to become a fan,” he said. “I’m so excited to sit back on Sunday Sept. 6 and turn on NBC and just watch the Apple Cup. “I guess Husky nation was who I was serving. And now it’s who I’m joining. And that’s pretty cool.”
- UW Women’s Basketball adds Tasha Brown to the coaching staff. She helped the UCLA Bruins win a national championship last year.

- Husky runner Sam Tran is a recipient of a Bonderman Fellowship and will be embarking on a 8-month trek through Southeast Asia.
