The Boston Celtics can always run things back with Jaylen Brown
· Yahoo Sports
The Boston Celtics' pursuit of Giannis Antetokounmpo might be over, but that doesn't mean Jaylen Brown's future remains with the franchise. In recent days, multiple reports have noted that Boston's front office is still exploring its options when it comes to potentially trading Brown. However, the entire fanbase is none the wiser as to why he is suddenly on the market.
Brown, 29, is coming off the best season of his career. He proved himself as both an elite scoring option and a locker room leader. His trade value will never be higher than what it is this summer, and the Celtics may feel that now is the perfect time to cash in. Of course, the question then becomes what Boston can get in a potential trade, and whether the team will be better off with the incoming talent or by keeping Brown around.
