Victims have lost all faith.Starting with the Supreme Court of Canada, judges have removed themselves from the wishes and views of their fellow citizens. The GTA judge ruled that removing bike lanes from a road without evidence was a, uh, violation of cyclists’ Charter rights. Mom was a law prof. Big on DEI.JUSTICE SEBASTIEN GRAMMONDAPPOINTED: Trudeau – 2021411: Whoopsy. Federal Court Judge who loves foreign-born criminals. Recently stayed the deportation of Kugatheeswaran Thuraisinkam. Been here 16 years, doesn’t speak English, homeless, has brought nothing to Canada, didn’t show for hearings.GRAMMOND 2.0411 2.0: Grammond spared Yohanna David Chol, 39, from deportation. He had a massive rap sheet and was deemed a danger. The judge granted a stay. Two months later, Chol shot Vuyo Kashe seven times in the back, in an “execution-style” murder.JUSTICE MARY MOREAUAPPOINTED: Trudeau – 2023411: The Supreme Court Justice wrote the majority opinion that, by god yes!, mandatory minimum sentences for child pornography were “cruel and unusual” punishment. Moreau bent herself into pretzels justifying herself. Shame.JUSTICE FAISAL MIRZAAPPOINTED: Trudeau – 2022411: Race-obsessed Mirza is a Trudeau activist judge. Giving outrageously violent criminals a break is his signature. Mandatory minimums for gun offences? Racist. Drugs? Racist. Cops? Racist. A can of tuna? Racist.JUSTICE SHAUN NAKATSURU

More obsessed with race than the law, in April Mandhane gave a Ghanian loan shark a pass for beating a woman senseless in the street over an unpaid loan.QUOTE“Because he is not a Canadian citizen, however, he will only be eligible to remain in Canada if I grant him a discharge.” JUSTICE RENU MANDHANE2.0 JUDGES FOR GUNSIn 2025, gave a Black man accused of possessing an illegal gun a big break when she excluded the gun from trial. Reason? Cops were racist. Admitted there was “no direct evidence of racial profiling” to substantiate the accusation.HOW OUT-OF-TOUCH ARE JUDGES?411: Cosmo Jacobson murdered Crown witness Roy Jones outside his Ajax home in 2005 and was convicted of first-degree murder.
