TORONTO, May 26, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Equifax® Canada’s Q1 2026 Market Pulse Quarterly Consumer Credit Trends and Insights reveals a complex start to the year for Canadian credit. While total consumer debt climbed to $2.66 trillion, up 3.8 per cent year-over-year, non-mortgage debt fell by more than $487 million in the first quarter.
