The SEC baseball tournament is set to begin on Tuesday in Hoover, Alabama.

The six-day event will feature all 16 conference teams, including 12 currently projected to make it to the NCAA Tournament.

Coach Skip Johnson and the Oklahoma Sooners dropped their final regular season series to Tennessee in Oklahoma City. OU is locked into the No. 9 seed and will play LSU on Tuesday at Hoover Met.

The Sooners started their conference season hot, winning their first two league series. But OU stumbled over the past few weeks, dropping its final four SEC series to Auburn, Florida, Arkansas and the Volunteers.

The Sooners are the No. 9 seed and will play at approximately 8 p.m. CT Tuesday.
