23XI Racing will likely have Bubba Wallace and Tyler Reddick in its driver lineup for the 2027 NASCAR Cup Series season; however, the third seat is undetermined. Riley Herbst, the current driver of the No. 35 car, is expected to sign with Legacy Motor Club for 2027. 23XI Racing would have an opening, and the likely driver is not surprising.
Corey Heim is the "one obvious choice" for the No. 35 car at 23XI Racing during the 2027 Cup Series season, as reported by The Athletic's Jordan Bianchi. Heim is under contract with 23XI Racing, but there wasn't a seat for him in 2026. Instead, the 2025 NASCAR Truck Series champion is running a part-time schedule in the Cup Series.
