LUXEMBOURG -- SES, a leading space solutions company, will provide service on its high-capacity medium-Earth orbit (MEO) satellite network, O3b mPOWER, to Petrobras, the Brazilian state-owned oil company, to connect multiple new Floating Production, Storage and Offloading systems (FPSOs).
