For example, Bruno Mars’ Romantic Tour, which kicks off the summer season at Rogers Stadium with five shows starting May 23, will feature Uptown Funky Fries that can be paired with the pop icon’s favourite cocktail — the Hollywood Colada — in the iconic Shaker Cup.
Meanwhile, season-round staples will include wine guitars, the viral Sushi Pop, expanded barbecue and smokehouse offerings featuring brisket and pulled pork, popcorn chicken served in souvenir beer cans, and the new Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich.
“We are proud to create a true food and beverage destination at Rogers Stadium to support the incredible live entertainment,” LOVE vice president Luca Di Donato said in a statement. “Through innovative culinary offerings, we are redefining the stadium experience and raising expectations for what dining at a live entertainment venue can be.”
Chicken tenders and smash burgers still available
Stadium classics, including poutine, chicken tenders, Philly cheesesteak sliders and smash burgers, also remain available.
“Rogers Stadium is setting a new benchmark for how hospitality shows up in a concert environment,” OVG Hospitality president and LOVE co-founder Ken Gaber added in a statement.
“The 2026 season is about designing an experience where culinary, service, and atmosphere are built to match the scale and energy of the artists on stage. Every touchpoint is intentional, and it changes how fans will engage with the venue from the moment they arrive.”
The pre-existing American Express and Birkenstock Lounges will also offer full-service dining with menu items including grilled Miami-style short ribs, Korean dumplings, and matcha churro poutine, with premium suites offering shrimp tempura, crispy duck spring rolls, wagyu and caviar selections, and suiteside Caesar salad preparation.
The new Labatt Beer Garden will also debut as a high-energy social hub anchored by a brand-new stage hosting live performances and DJ sets along with a bar and shareable snacks.
