India have announced their squad for the upcoming Women's T20 World Cup 2026, which will be held in England and Wales between June 12 and July 5.

India, who had won their maiden ICC title by lifting the Women's ODI World Cup on home soil last year, will be chasing yet another world title, this time in England and Wales.

The Indian women's T20I team kick-started the year on a high, as they beat Australia 2-1 in a three-match series Down Under. However, in their latest five-match contest against South Africa, the reigning ODI World Cup champions suffered a humiliating 4-1 defeat.

India will face England in another three-match contest in June, right before the World Cup kicks off.
