Jones' return comes 10 days after he backed out of his commitment. During those 10 days, he had coaches from Baylor and Utah visit him and set up a visit with Oklahoma State.

A defensive tackle out of Booker T. Washington in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Jones is listed at 6-foot-3, 265 pounds. Major recruiting services list him as a three-star prospect.

Jones becomes the ninth player to commit to the Wildcats' 2027 class and was the second player to commit to K-State on Tuesday. Page (Tennessee) quarterback Cam Kruse committed to the Wildcats earlier in the day.
