The Seattle Seahawks enter Rounds 4-7 with not a whole lot to do. No picks in the fourth- or fifth-round due to the Rashid Shaheed trade, but they do have a couple of sixths thanks to the addition of pick 216 in a trade with the Pittsburgh Steelers. So far, the Seahawks have addressed running back, cornerback, and safety with their three selections. When you’re deep into Day 3, just about every position will be up for consideration on Seattle’s draft board.

As usual, we are not doing a pick-by-pick tracker for Day 3, but we will have notable picks updates throughout the draft. Otherwise, this is as Seahawks-centric as it gets. Tune in at 9 AM PT on ABC, ESPN, or NFL Network for NFL Draft coverage, then stick around for our Seahawks UDFA tracker. We’ve also got the Seahawks Syndicate Podcast watch party with myself, Dan Viens, Brandon Cain, and a host of special guests throughout the afternoon.
