"It's been great so far. This week is the first time I met [head coach Jesse Minter] in person. I've heard great things from guys in [the Los Angeles Chargers organization], [including Chargers CB] Cam Hart – who I went to college with – and [Chargers S] Tony Jefferson, who was over there. And when the position opened up, they both texted me and were like, 'This is the guy that you want.' So, it's been everything and more so far, and I'm just excited for a new era of Ravens football."

Hamilton said he heard similar feedback from multiple people in that organization, all describing Minter in consistent terms and encouraging him ahead of his arrival in Baltimore. Hamilton's early insight into Minter, shaped by trusted voices around the league, appears to have helped ease the transition into a new coaching era. Consistent feedback from multiple sources only reinforced the idea that Baltimore landed a coach capable of connecting with players and leading effectively.
As those expectations begin to take shape on the field, the Ravens will look to turn strong first impressions into tangible results. With buy-in already building across the roster, Baltimore's new leadership group has an opportunity to establish early momentum and set the tone for the 2026 season.
