Rousey vs Carano press conference video, LIVE stream updates from Los Angeles

MVP will stage its kickoff press conference for the upcoming Ronda Rousey vs. Gina Carano-led MMA event, recently made official for Sat., May 16, 2026 at Intuit Dome in Los Angeles. Both “Rowdy” and “Conviction” will be on hand for today’s LIVE stream, which gets underway at 3 p.m. ET in the embedded video above.

Recently booked co-headliners Francis Ngannou and Philipe Lins will also be on the dais, along with MVP co-founders Jake Paul and Nakisa Bidarian.

We’ve already had one face off between Rousey and Carano (see it here) and today we’ll get another, along with the first staredown between Ngannou and Lins. I’m not sure what the moderation policy is like under MVP; but assuming it’s relaxed, expect to see follow-up questions for Rousey regarding these incendiary comments.

“Rowdy” recently declared war on UFC after getting passed over for the promotion’s White House event (it happens to the best of ‘em).
